I am passionate about developing organizations, leaders and teams. I’m skilled at creating a vision of success and helping others to see a path to get there. I’m particularly adept at helping organizations, teams and individuals navigate through change.
Deep Expertise
I draw on more than 30 years of experience in Leadership Development, Organizational Design, Global Human Resources Management and Employee Engagement at GE and GE Capital. I was an adjunct professor of Human Capital Strategy in the Executive MBA program at Vanderbilt University for 7 years and currently hone my skills through coaching, leadership development and consulting work.
Education and Certifications
I earned a BA in Behavioral Science from the State University of New York and studied Social Sciences at the University of Copenhagen while an undergrad. I received an MBA from Vanderbilt and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. I’ve earned the ACC coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation. Additionally I am certified in the Hogan Assessment instruments, Accelerating Coach Excellence methodology and trained in the Positive Intelligence approach. I am a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and the Society of Human Resources Management.
Volunteerism, Etc…
A committed volunteer, I serve on the boards of the Nashville Ballet and the Cheekwood Estate and Gardens. I am a member of Impact Nashville 100, the YWCA Fulcrum Society, and the Nashville Public Library and support many charities that protect and care for animals.
